The M.Tech in Infrastructure Engineering and Technology at MITS (Autonomous) is offered by the Department of Civil Engineering in industry partnership with L&T EduTech. This AICTE-approved programme brings together academic strength, industry-oriented learning, laboratory exposure, digital construction practices, and project-based training to prepare students for the evolving infrastructure and construction sector.

-Candidates must have secured a minimum CGPA of 6.0 on a 10-point scale in the Engineering Degree Examination.
-For SEBC (OBC) candidates, the minimum CGPA required is 5.5.
-For SC/ST candidates, a pass in the Engineering Degree Programme is sufficient.
-Candidates who have qualified in AMIE / AMIETE examinations are also eligible for admission.
-Candidates holding degrees from universities other than the affiliating university must submit an Eligibility Certificate and Migration Certificate at the time of admission.
-Sponsored candidates from industries, R&D organizations, national laboratories, and educational institutions are eligible to apply.
-Admissions shall be carried out in accordance with the reservation policy of the Government of Kerala.
-Candidates who have appeared for their final examination may also apply, provided they have successfully completed all subjects up to and including the 8th semester along with an identity proof. Admission will be confirmed upon submission of proof of qualifying the degree as per the prescribed criteria.
-The admission process is subject to modifications as per directions issued by the competent authorities from time to time.
