The Examination Office of the MITS Kochi plays a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity, transparency, and efficiency of the examination and evaluation process. It is responsible for the planning, conduct, and coordination of all internal assessments, semester examinations, and university-level evaluations as per the academic calendar. The office ensures the smooth implementation of autonomous examination regulations, timely publication of results, and adherence to the guidelines of the Academic Council and Governing Body. By integrating technology-driven processes such as digital mark entry, automated question paper generation, and secure data management, the Examination Office upholds fairness and accuracy in all assessment activities.
In addition to conducting examinations, the Examination Cell handles key administrative functions such as issue of grade cards, processing of revaluation and supplementary examinations, and maintaining comprehensive academic records. It also liaises with departments, faculty, and external examiners to ensure the credibility and quality of the evaluation system.
