👷♂️ Practical Learning in Action – Site Visit for S6 Civil Students 🏗️
Today, our S6 students of Department of Civil Engineering MITS, participated in a site visit conducted by ETERNIA and ASCE MITS, exploring two ongoing campus projects:
- The construction of the connection bridge between M George Block and Ramanujan Block
- The development of the new volleyball court
This initiative offered students practical exposure to construction processes, structural planning, and the integration of design with functionality.
The students were accompanied by Dr. Babu Kurian, Prof. Remadevi M, Dr. Sandeep MS, BINOL VARGHESE
Such collaborative efforts enrich classroom learning and inspire students to envision their role in shaping infrastructure and community spaces.
