The Department of Civil Engineering, MITS Kochi has organised a 6-day Short-Term Training Programme on “Geospatial Technologies in Civil Engineering Applications” from 22–28 June 2026 ( Online Mode ). The programme included coordinate extraction using Total Station for geospatial modelling in QGIS and Civil 3D, along with expert sessions on research and project opportunities in geospatial technologies and AI advancements in geospatial applications.
