Grace Hopper Celebration India 2025 Scholarship

Ms. Ashmitha P. R. (S7 CSE) has been selected as a recipient of the AnitaB.org India Advancing Inclusion STEM Students Scholarship for the Grace Hopper Celebration India (GHCI) 2025, scheduled from December 2–4, 2025, at KTPO, Bengaluru.

The scholarship, valued at ₹25,000, is awarded to students who exhibit strong leadership, authenticity, and commitment to technology. As the Women in Tech Lead (2024) at TinkerHub, Ashmitha has contributed significantly to campus initiatives, peer empowerment, and the promotion of inclusive tech spaces.

As a GHCI 2025 Scholar, she will receive structured mentorship throughout 2026, international networking opportunities, a one-year Premium AnitaB.org Global Membership (USD 100), and membership in the AnitaB.org India community.

MoU with Exult Global Private Limited

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is signed between the Department of CSE, Department of CSE( Cybersecurity), MITS, and the Exult Global Private Limited , Prestige Tower, Inforpark, Kochi to strengthen academic collaboration through Job convertible paid Internship, skill development, and infrastructure sharing. Team PINK — J R Gopika, Krupa Anna Kuruvilla, Neha Susan George, and Elizebeth Robin — won First Prize at Girlathon 2025, organized by DSC MACE at KSUM, for their project CyberShield: Arya’s Digital Day, developed over an 8-week build phase to promote cyber awareness through interactive gameplay.
