Implementation of Drone capabilities in Setting Out 

Project Overview

This project introduces an advanced drone‑based setting‑out system designed to transform construction layout practices. By integrating laser projection with Real‑Time Kinematic (RTK) GPS technology, the system achieves centimeter‑level accuracy while eliminating the need for manual measurements.

The drone autonomously flies over the designated site, projecting laser points onto the ground according to the digital layout plan. RTK GPS continuously corrects positional data in real time, ensuring precision even on large and complex construction sites.
