Admission to Management quota is done by inviting online applications and publication of merit rank list by MITS. Government quota will be filled through allotment by competent state authority (Director LBS centre for science and technology)

Any student admitted in Category 1 in Management Merit Quota/Government Quota as per the above table failing in at least one subject/not able to maintain minimum SGPA/CGPA (8 SGPA/CGPA if university exam is in pen paper mode / 8.5 SGPA/CGPA if university exam is in online mode) in the semester under consideration, will slide to Category 2 in both the groups in the first instance (further max to Category 3).
Any student admitted in Category 2 will slide to Category 3 Management Merit Quota/Government Quota as per the above table, if the student fail in any one subject/not able to maintain minimum SGPA/CGPA (7.5 SGPA/CGPA if university exam is in pen paper mode / 8 SGPA/CGPA if university exam is in online mode) in the semester under consideration.
If a student admitted in Category 3 in subsequent semester earns 8 SGPA, he/she can return to maximum Category 2. However if he/she is not maintaining 7.5 SGPA/CGPA and passing in all subjects, he/she will not be eligible for the scholarship.
Mark List and Pass Certificate (wherever applicable) of Plus II / PDC/ Equivalent in original.
Two self-attested copies of the above Mark List and Pass Certificate.
SSLC/ Secondary Examination certificate in original for proof of age; with two self-attested copies.
Degree Certificate and Mark lists with two self-attested copies each.
Physical fitness certificate from a Government Medical Practitioner.
Transfer Certificate in original from the Institution last studied.
Course and conduct certificate from the Head of the Institution last studied.
Migration certificate in original, for students who have passed degree from Universities out of
Kerala.
Eligibility certificate from KTU, for students who have passed degree from Universities out of
Kerala.
Admit card of Entrance Examination in original (If available).
Result sheet of the Entrance Examination in original (If available).
2 Passport size Photographs.
True copy of Aadhaar card.
A candidate who is employed or is a trainee in Govt. / Quasi Govt. /Banks etc. shall, at the time of interview, produce a relieving order and a certificate of good conduct from the head of the institution where the candidate was employed.
Candidates will be admitted only if they possess the marks eligible for admission as per University and Govt. Norms for the qualifying examination and entrance examination.
