Capstone project is a significant academic endeavor undertaken by Faculty and students. Dr. Arun A V and his team came up with an idea  to develop a processor for precision farming, the co-processor was developed to detect sensor deviations and faults, ensuring reliable data input. With continuous faculty feedback, the design was refined and submitted to Tiny Tapeout 7 for fabrication. The co-processor, fabricated at a cost of $150 funded by MITS, has been received and is undergoing testing. In the 7th semester, under the guidance  Ms. Divya R.S. the department  developed the main processor for CNN operations in hardware. By integrating CNN and pooling operations, the system enhances automation and real-time decision-making in agricultural applications.
